Hog Island Audubon Camp has a rich history in American Ornithology with its first bird instructor, Roger Tory Peterson, to the birthplace of Audubon's Project Puffin. Hog Island is operated by the National Audubon Society under the Seabird Institute.

Visitors on foot are welcome on both the mainland and island property any time dawn to dusk, seven days a week, year-round.
They may not be able to participate every year, but we are proud to have a pool of talented instructors and speakers at Hog Island that we are able to pull from whenever their schedules permit.
