The Guillemot Room is a newly remodeled private room that has a private bathroom. Located in the Crow's Nest building, the Guillemot Room is found along the trail to the wilderness part of Hog Island, a three-minute walk from the Bridge and Fish House. The Guillemot has its own private entrance and offers a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of camp.
The Guillemot Room gets its name from the Black Guillemot found in the nearby waters of Hog Island. This loveable alcid has striking black and white features and bright red feet. Hog Island is proud to celebrate the International Guillmeot Apprpeciation Day every last week of June camp. The Black Guillemot is related to the Atlantic Puffin.
Guillemot Room: 2 person occupancy with 2 twin beds, and a private full bath. $250 surcharge per person. Call for availability.
